POSTURE CLINIC PACKAGE
ARE YOU WORRIED ABOUT SLOUCHING, SPENDING TOO MUCH TIME ON LAPTOPS OR SCREENS, OR GETTING NECK PAIN?
Our posture clinic is deisgned to give you a full Osteopathic assessment of your neck and upper back, look into lifestyle factors and give you information and exercises to treat and prevent pain related to poor posture.
The package cost is £160 for the 3 sessions and a personal exercise plan.
NB: all 3 sessions must be taken within 3 months of the first appointment.
60 minute initial assessment and treatment
Have a full Ostoepathic asessment of your posture, neck and upper back with treatment.
2 x 40 minute exercise and treatment sessions
Continue your package with two private treatment and exercise sessions tracking your progress.
Personal Exercise Plan
Receive a five minute personal exercise and stretching plan focusing on easy, at home stretches and exercises to fit in to your daily routine.
