After graduating she completed the year long post graduate diploma course in Paediatric Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy in 2019, graduating top of her class receiving an award for best paediatric osteopath in her year. She is a strong believer that osteopathy can support babies and mothers and is used to working alongside other post-natal healthcare practitioners such as breast feeding advisors and tongue tie specialists.
She follows a patient led approach, working with her patients to make sure they are happy with the the treatment they are receiving, understand what is going on and feel supported and listened to. She uses a combination of strucutral and cranial osteopathy techniques choosing the best approach for each patient on a case by case basis.

Cranial osteopathy is a very non-invasive treatment technique using osteopathic principles and detailed knowledge of cranial anatomy. It is suitable for babies as it is gentle and works with balancing their rapidly growing cranial structures and helping with any inbalances that can be leading to discomfort.
