WHAT IS OSTEOPATHY

Osteopathy is an NHS recognised manual therapy healthcare profession with evidence based treatment. 

We use manual techniques to help ease and resovle painful joints and muscles, and to work on the causes of any pain to help avoid recurring injuries or issues.

We work from head to toe - literally! If you have  muscle or joint pain then osteopathy can help. 

Osteopathy can be great for all sorts of conditions such as arthritis, frozen shoulder, knee and hip replacements pre and post surgery, rotator cuff injuries, whiplash, running and sports injuries, neck issues and many more. 

We are specalists in paediatric osteopathy, using cranial osteopathy alongside structural techniques when treating babies. 

For osteopathy for babies we work alongside parents to make sure babies are comfortable and happy with the treatment, which is gentle and non-invasive. 

For children growing bodies can  have pain and injuries and we are here to help get them back to their normal selves!
